Copperopolis is a beautiful foothill town located just off of Hwy 4, 45 minutes East of Stockton. We're 15 minutes from Angels Camp, home of the Annual Calaveras County Fair and Frog Jump Jubilee, and, just 30 minutes from both Murphys and Sonora. With several quaint historic Gold Rush towns in the area, there is plenty of shopping, wineries and activities for many to enjoy! Lake Tulloch is right here, as well as New Melones, Salt Springs Reservoir, and Lake Don Pedro, so there are many opportunities for water activities as well as fishing! We have the wonderful Saddle Creek Golf Course and Resort just minutes from our trailhead on Little John Road.
